You’ll hustle to build your pipeline through home shows, local partnerships, and proactive outreach. We’ll back you with a furnished showroom, exclusive product rights, marketing support, and a skilled install team.

You’ll represent Total Basement Finishing (TBF) – the country’s most advanced and durable basement finishing system. As our exclusive regional dealer, you’re positioned to win.

What You’ll Get

• Commission-only pay with $100K–$200K+ potential
• High-ticket sales: Project sizes from $40K to $120K
• Paid onboarding and product training from TBF
• Exclusive territory rights – no internal competition

Ideal Background

• In-home sales: remodeling, windows, flooring, or specialty trades
• Construction experience or home inspection a strong plus
• Event sales or real estate background welcome
• Strong closer with disciplined follow-up
• Organized, emotionally intelligent, and persistent

What You’ll Need

• Self-starter mindset — this is a hunter role
• Proven experience with home shows, event selling, or B2C outreach
• Comfortable managing CRMs, sales cadences, and calendar tools
• Reliable vehicle, laptop/tablet, and smartphone
• Willing to work commission-only after training
